The Gronauer Tannenhof in Bergisch Gladbach exceeded my expectations. The renovated rooms were comfortable and noise-free. The breakfast had a great variety of fruits and vegetables. The staff's kindness and attention to detail was outstanding.

The location was perfect with easy access to transportation. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant for three nights, which provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast provided a good variety of choices, including fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

quality of food was alittle disappointing

Located near woods, this hotel offers a peaceful stay at a lower price than central Cologne. the friendly staff, good service, and adequate-sized rooms with comfortable beds make it a superb value. the breakfast buffet options are impressive, and the restaurant serves great German food. Try their comfort rooms for an even better experience, with no noise disturbance, and comfortable beds. Nearby, there's a supermarket and an alcohol shop.

The bathroom could be better with a walk-in shower instead of a bath.

This hotel was perfect for our city break, offering good value for money and was not too far from the main attractions. the rooms were clean and a good size, making our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the convenient location close to a supermarket and easy parking.

The shower in the bathroom was not very user-friendly with a high step into the bath. there was no proper shower gel, just some branded hand soap and the buffet breakfast lacked enough vegetable options.

This hotel was a great place to spend New Year's Eve. The location was perfect for us and allowed us to easily explore the nearby area. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring we had a great night's sleep. the various breakfast options were delicious and provided us with a lot of energy for the day ahead. We really appreciated the free parking and WiFi that was available throughout our stay.

That the shower was difficult to use, as there was a big step to get into it and no walk-in option. the toiletries provided weren't great and we wished they had provided a proper shower gel instead of branded soap.
